Pros: Sweet-looking remodel, tires good, pulls well with half-ton pickup; electric outlets and lights, electric refrigerator and air conditioning work. Add-ons available (below).
Cons: I have not tried the propane range or furnace-the tanks are old and need to be replaced at any rate; I haven't tried water/plumbing system so I don't know if they are functional-I have gutted the toilet/shower and am rebuilding it; there is one obvious water line repair that I will try to fix; ineffective roof coatings had been applied by previous owners; I am presently removing the layers at the perimeter-new owners can seal with products of choice. Owner's manual copy included; title in hand. Tarped and parked near Sterling, ND. I plan to camp with it until sold.
Add-ons available:
new EZ Tankless water heater (propane) $150; small Lasko electric heater $10; small flatscreen television with remote $25; B&D toaster oven $10; new Farberware two-burner stovetop $20.
See the link for a little history on the camper manufacturer.
