Purchased July 2022, in very good, used condition, used just a few times at our lake cabin, don't need due to having air installed in our cabin. Comes with the manual, drain hose, remote, unit adaptor, exhaust hose, window slider adaptor, window slider, foam pieces and tray that we purchased, to put the unit on. Measures approximately- 27"h x 16"w x 13"L and weighs about 47lbs.
