2003 Victory Vegas

We have the salvage title for this bike, with unknown miles. Manual transmission, black interior and grey exterior, gas, 1300cc motor. We purchased with intention to fix up but have not been able to find time. Most of the damage it had was to the gas tank, also needs new battery, right review mirror and front turn signals
